Hall Consulting provides documentation and training consulting services, ranging from needs analysis to final delivery of multiple types of technical documentation and training, including voice-over work. Business analysis services, including access security (mapping people’s day-to-day work to the functions included in a software solution) and test scripts, are also available.

All of my work is focused on the needs and goals of the end user, the one using the information to accomplish the required tasks. Knowing you can succeed at a task increases confidence and efficiency.
